If the consumer voluntarily selects an expedited shipping method (e.g., a more expensive delivery option), the additional shipping cost will not be refunded.

The amount of refund is the full amount of the product.

Return fee from Belgium: approximately €20-€30

if the product arrives damaged, the seller is fully responsible and must offer free repair, replacement, or a full refund. The seller must also cover the return shipping cost for the defective item.

If the product is damaged during return shipping, a deduction of 30–70% of the refund may be applied, depending on the severity of the damage.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
