Refund & Return
A full refund can only be processed after the return shipment has been approved and the items have been returned to our warehouse in accordance with the provided instructions. Once we have confirmed receipt of the returned order, it will be inspected to verify that all criteria for a full refund have been met. Only after this process is completed will a full refund be issued.
The amount to be refunded is the full amount of the product.
An overview of the return costs per region:
Return costs from the Netherlands: approximately € 15-€ 25
Return costs from Belgium: approximately € 20-€ 30
If the product arrives damaged, the seller is fully responsible and must offer a free replacement.
If the product is damaged during the return shipment, a discount of 30-70% on the refund may be applied, depending on the severity of the damage.
If the return shipment is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific costs depend on the courier company you choose.
If the received goods are damaged or incorrect for our reasons and the consumer is not obliged to return the item
